This standard applies to functional foods enriched with probiotic microorganisms (dairy products, dairy composite products, milk-containing products, soft drinks and dietary supplements), and functional food ingredients containing probiotic microorganisms, and establishes methods for microbiological analysis of foreign microorganisms
