The standard establishes general requirements for organizing, conducting and processing the results of monitoring of cultural heritage objects or their individual elements and the environment interacting with them in order to: -determine the technical status of cultural heritage objects; -develop measures for their preservation; on the condition and operational suitability of cultural heritage sites. The results of the monitoring are used when observing the state of the cultural heritage object in the process of operation, performing repair and restoration work, as well as when affecting them from other man-made or natural factors. The standard is intended for use by legal entities and individuals that ensure the preservation of cultural heritage sites.
Стандарт устанавливает общие требования к организации, проведению и обработке результатов мониторинга объектов культурного наследия или отдельных их элементов и взаимодействующей с ними природной среды с целью:-определения технического состояния объектов культурного наследия;-разработки мероприятий по их сохранности;-определения влияния природных и техногенных воздействий на состояние и эксплуатационную пригодность объектов культурного наследия. Результаты мониторинга используются при осуществлении наблюдений за состоянием объекта культурного наследия в процессе эксплуатации, выполнения ремонтно-реставрационных работ, а также при оказании на них воздействий, вызываемых другими техногенными или природными факторами. Стандарт предназначен для использования юридическими и физическими лицами, которые обеспечивают сохранность объектов культурного наследия
