Guide for addressing environmental issues in product standards
Руководство по включению экологических аспектов в стандарты на продукцию

This standard establishes the requirements for the inclusion of environmental aspects in product standards in order to: - establish the relationship between the provisions of the standard, environmental aspects and the negative effects of products on the environment; - to provide assistance in the development or revision of product standards in order to reduce the potentially negative environmental impacts of products at different stages of their life cycle; - emphasize that incorporating environmental requirements into product standards is a complex process that requires balancing different priorities; - recommend the use of the principle of considering the negative effects of products on the environment at the stages of its life cycle in determining environmental aspects related to the products for which the standard is being developed; - to contribute to the further development by developers of relevant industry guidelines on the incorporation of environmental aspects into product standards in accordance with the principles and approaches contained in this standard
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования по включению экологических аспектов в стандарты на продукцию для того, чтобы: -установить взаимосвязь между положениями стандарта, экологическими аспектами и негативными воздействиями продукции на окружающую среду; -оказать помощь при разработке или пересмотре стандартов на продукцию, чтобы снизить потенциально негативные воздействия продукции на окружающую среду на разных стадиях ее жизненного цикла; -подчеркнуть, что учет экологических требований в стандартах на продукцию представляет собой сложный процесс, который требует уравновешивания разных приоритетов; -рекомендовать использование принципа рассмотрения негативных воздействий продукции на окружающую среду на стадиях ее жизненного цикла при определении экологических аспектов, касающихся продукции, на которую разрабатывается стандарт; -способствовать дальнейшему созданию разработчиками соответствующих отраслевых руководств по включению экологических аспектов в стандарты на продукцию в соответствии с принципами и подходами, содержащимися в настоящем стандарте
