The standard applies to automated metering systems for monitoring and accounting for thermal energy (hereinafter referred to as AISKUTE) in water heating systems. The standard can be applied in the development of technical requirements for automated quality control systems, working both independently and as part of more complex structures of information-measuring systems, control systems and automatic process control systems
