The standard establishes requirements for determining methods and design criteria taking into account the seismic conditions of the structures of offshore oil and gas facilities installed on the continental shelf of the seas (including freezing) of the Russian Federation and intended for drilling wells, mining, processing, storing and shipping products of wells, living personnel. Standard requirements are designed to minimize the risk to people, the environment, and property. This is achieved through the use of: a) methods for designing seismic resistant structures, which depend on the level of impact on offshore oil and gas facilities (MNGS) and the expected level of seismic activity; b) two-level design verification of seismic resistant structures, in which the structures are designed according to two limiting conditions: the main and special (emergency) limit states in accordance with GOST 54483. For regions with a high level of seismic activity, an assessment of seismic hazard is required taking into account the specific conditions of the construction site. For such cases, procedures and requirements for probabilistic seismic hazard analysis (VASO) are applied.
Стандарт устанавливает требования для определения методик и критериев проектирования с учетом сейсмических условий конструкций морских нефтегазопромысловых сооружений, устанавливаемых на континентальном шельфе морей (в том числе замерзающих) Российской Федерации и предназначенных для бурения скважин, добычи, переработки, хранения и отгрузки продукции скважин, проживания персонала. Устанавливаемые стандартом требования предназначены для максимально возможного снижения риска для людей, окружающей среды и имущества. Это достигается путем использования: а) методик проектирования сейсмостойких конструкций, которые зависят от уровня воздействия на морские нефтегазопромысловые сооружения (МНГС) и ожидаемого уровня сейсмической активности; б) двухуровневой проверки проектирования сейсмостойких конструкций, при которой конструкции проектируются по двум предельным состояниям: основному и особому (чрезвычайному) предельным состояниям в соответствии с ГОСТ 54483. Для регионов с высоким уровнем сейсмической активности требуется оценка сейсмической опасности с учетом конкретных условий площадки строительства. Для таких случаев применяются процедуры и требования вероятностного анализа сейсмической опасности (ВАСО)
