The standard applies to organizations, testing and research laboratories that conduct research and tests to identify target taxa of microflora, plants and genetically modified organisms using PCR kits involved in environmental protection and environmental monitoring, biorisk monitoring, providing services to people and organizations, confirming compliance with the stated indicators quality and safety, microbiological testing and research of food products, soil, water animal feeds and other objects and products, control tests and inspections to ensure the quality of these tests and studies
