This standard establishes the requirements for the design, manufacture, installation, conversion, operational control and monitoring of the technical condition of the upper structures (VS) of offshore oil and gas facilities (MNGS) installed on the continental shelf (including freezing), in the territorial sea and inland waters Russian Federation. Requirements of this standard are presented for re-equipment and maintenance with consideration of acceptability for the integrity of aircraft structures. Impacts on structural elements of an aircraft are determined on the basis of this standard together with other documents on the standardization of the “Oil and gas industry. Constructions oil and gas maritime ". This standard is applicable to: -on the MNGS Armed Forces, installed on the seabed, -Ac of MNGS floating vessels, the retention (stability) of which is ensured by anchor links. This standard does not apply to the elements of the aircraft floating structures, which are part of the hull of floating structures. This standard applies only to those structural elements of the aircraft floating structures that do not ensure the overall integrity of the floating MNGS
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования, предъявляемые к проектированию, изготовлению, монтажу, переоборудованию, эксплуатационному контролю и мониторингу технического состояния верхних строений (ВС) морских нефтегазопромысловых сооружений (МНГС), устанавливаемых на континентальном шельфе (в том числе замерзающем), в территориальном море и внутренних водах Российской Федерации. Требования настоящего стандарта предъявляются к переоборудованию и техническому обслуживанию с учетом приемлемости для целостности конструкций ВС. Воздействия на элементы конструкций ВС определяются на основе настоящего стандарта совместно с другими документами по стандартизации комплекса «Нефтяная и газовая промышленность. Сооружения нефтегазопромысловые морские». Настоящий стандарт распространяется: -на ВС МНГС, устанавливаемых на морское дно, -ВС плавучих МНГС, удержание (устойчивость) которых обеспечивается якорными связями. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на элементы ВС плавучих сооружений, которые являются частью корпуса плавучего сооружения. Настоящий стандарт применяют только к тем элементам конструкций ВС плавучих сооружений, которые не обеспечивают общей целостности плавучего МНГС
