Buildings and structures information modeling. General principles for the development of buildings and constructucions information modelling standards

This standard establishes the fundamental principles for the development of requirements for the results of information modeling of buildings and structures (BIM). This standard is used for the modeling of any type of buildings and structures, including groups of objects on one or more building sites and small individual objects, as well as elements and structures that are part of the object. This standard applies to all types of facilities, including infrastructure facilities financed from public funds, as well as related resources, including equipment and materials. Information modeling processes are applied throughout the entire life cycle of an object and its individual elements up to their decommissioning and liquidation. This standard is primarily intended to help the work of those responsible for managing information, who can use it to create standards for information modeling at the international and national levels, as well as standards for individual projects. Also this standard can be used by software developers.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает основополагающие принципы разработки требований к результатам работ по информационному моделированию зданий и сооружений (BIM). Настоящий стандарт служит для использования в сфере моделирования любых видов зданий и сооружений, в том числе групп объектов на одной или нескольких строительных площадках и небольших отдельных объектов, а также входящих в состав объекта элементов и конструкций. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на все типы объектов, включая объекты инфраструктуры, финансируемые из государственных средств, а также на сопутствующие ресурсы, включая оборудование и материалы. Процессы информационного моделирования применяются на протяжении всего жизненного цикла объекта и его отдельных элементов вплоть до их вывода из эксплуатации и ликвидации. Настоящий стандарт в первую очередь призван помочь в работе лицам, ответственным за управление информацией, которые на его основе смогут создавать стандарты информационного моделирования международного и национального уровня, а также стандарты для отдельных проектов. Также настоящий стандарт может быть использован разработчиками программного обеспечения
