This standard applies to protective window and door units, including those with installed technical means of burglar alarm (TSOC), designed to create an obstacle for intruders (offenders) from entering through protected windows and doors and ensuring criminal security and anti-terrorism security of public and public protected premises. residential buildings, general education and pre-school educational organizations. This standard applies to window and door blocks with rotary, swing-out, folding and parallel-retractable sash opening, as well as to non-opening window blocks. This standard establishes the classification, technical requirements, acceptance rules, and the rules for conducting input control when delivering products to protected objects. This standard can be applied for the certification of products when they are used in protected premises, taking into account the purpose, significance and requirements for the protection of objects, when insuring against criminal threats and vandalism of protected premises. This standard does not apply to reinforced security products for window and door openings exposed to handguns, as well as to shock waves when explosives explode.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на защитные оконные и дверные блоки, в том числе с установленными техническими средствами охранной сигнализации (ТСОС), предназначенные для создания препятствия проникновению злоумышленников (нарушителей) через окна и двери в охраняемые помещения и обеспечивающие криминальную безопасность и антитеррористическую защищенность охраняемых помещений общественных и жилых зданий, общеобразовательных и дошкольных образовательных организаций. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на оконные и дверные блоки с пово-ротным, поворотно-откидным, откидным и параллельно-выдвижным открыванием створок, а также на неоткрывающиеся оконные блоки. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает классификацию, технические требования, правила приемки, правила проведения входного контроля при поставке изделий на охраняемые объекты. Настоящий стандарт может быть применен для целей сертификации изделий при их применении в охраняемых помещениях с учетом назначения, значимости и требований по защищенности объектов, при страховании от криминальных угроз и вандализма охраняемых помещений. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на усиленные защитные изделия для оконных и дверных проемов, подвергаемых действию ручного огнестрельного оружия, а также воздействию ударной волны при взрыве взрывчатых веществ
