This standard applies to agricultural breeding animals and establishes methods for determining the productivity parameters of cattle milk and dairy and meat breeds: milk yield by yield, exterior, milk yield rate, growth rate, feed costs per unit of growth. The standard is used in breeding and breeding work at breeding plants, breeding reproducers, gene pool farms, as well as in organizations for accounting, control, assessment of the level of productivity, breeding value of animals, breeding centers (association) for breed, regional information and selection centers, artificial insemination of farm animals, selection and genetic centers
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на сельскохозяйственных племенных животных и устанавливает методы определения параметров продуктивности крупного рогатого скота молочных и молочно-мясных пород: молочной продуктивности по удою, экстерьера, скорости молокоотдачи, интенсивности роста, затрат кормов на единицу прироста. Стандарт применяют в селекционно-племенной работе на племенных заводах, племенных репродукторах, генофондных хозяйствах, а также в организациях по учету, контролю, оценке уровня продуктивности, племенной ценности животных, селекционных центрах (ассоциация) по породе, региональных информационно-селекционных центрах, организациях по искусственному осеменению сельскохозяйственных животных, селекционно-генетических центрах
