This standard applies to vitamin-mineral complexes (hereinafter - IUD) - IUD premixes, intended for use in the food industry to enrich mass-produced foods, in the production of functional and specialized foods and dietary supplements, and also IUDs ready for use intended for direct consumption as a biologically active food supplement or as a component of the preparation of ready-made meals for a dietary profile cally and dietary nutritional therapy for various categories of the population (children, pregnant women, lactating women, the elderly, athletes, patients, health care organizations, consumers of social institutions working in hazardous and unhealthy conditions, and particularly in organized groups, and others.)
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на витаминно-минеральные комплексы (далее - ВМК) - ВМК премиксы, предназначенные для использования в пищевой промышленности для обогащения пищевой продукции массового потребления, при производстве функциональных и специализированных пищевых продуктов и биологически активных добавок к пище, а также ВМК готовые к употреблению, предназначенные для непосредственного употребления в качестве биологически активных добавок к пище или в качестве компонента приготовления готовых блюд диетического профилактического и диетического лечебного питания для различных категорий населения (детей, беременных, кормящих женщин, лиц пожилого возраста, спортсменов, пациентов медицинских организаций, потребителей услуг социальных учреждений, работающих во вредных и особо вредных условиях и в организованных коллективах и др.)
