This standard applies to brown and black coal, lignite, anthracite, oil shale, peat, their enrichment and heat treatment products, briquettes, coke, biofuel, and establishes a procedure for expert assessment of the results of measuring the heat of combustion (higher or lower) for various states of fuel, obtained in different laboratories
