State system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements. Establishment and application of precision measurements and acceptance of the values in the field of atomic energy
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на установление и применение норм точности измерений и приемочных значений, в том числе на правила:
-назначения и обоснования норм (допусков) на контролируемые параметры и характеристики (далее-параметры),
-назначения и обоснования норм точности измерений и достоверности контроля параметров,
-оценки согласованности фактических значений погрешности измерений, испытаний и контроля с установленными нормами,
-введения приемочных значений,
-принятия решений при оценке соответствия (приемке) продукции по результатам измерений, испытаний, измерительного контроля в т. ч. при оценке соответствия.
Данные правила применяются при контроле качества сырья, полуфабрикатов, веществ и материалов, изделий и оборудования, контроле параметров технологических процессов, объектов окружающей среды, промышленной санитарии, охраны труда (далее-объект) в процессах производства, сооружения, эксплуатации, вывода из эксплуатации и утилизации объектов использования атомной энергии.
Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на правила назначения норм (допусков) на линейные и угловые размеры, а также норм то��ности измерений и достоверности контроля линейных размеров, если их измерения проводят с помощью универсальных средств измерений и характеристики погрешности измерений соответствуют требованиям ГОСТ 8.051.
Настоящий стандарт допускается применять при назначении норм (допусков), норм точности измерений и достоверности контроля параметров уже установленных в нормативной документации, в т. ч. линейных и угловых размеров по ГОСТ 8.051, при радиационном контроле по ГОСТ 8.638, в части введения приемочных значений (контрольных допусков)
