This standard establishes the general requirements and specific methods for the isolation, purification and quantification of deoxyribonucleic acid. This standard applies to food products, but can also be applied to other products, such as seeds and feed. This standard should be applied in conjunction with ISO 21569, ISO 21570 regarding analytical methods based on nucleic acids, in particular, qualitative analytical methods established in ISO 21569, and quantitative analytical methods established in ISO 21570.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общие требования и специфические методы выделения, очистки и количественной оценки дезоксирибонуклеиновой кислоты. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на пищевые продукты, но может быть также применен к другим продуктам, например семенам и кормам. Настоящий стандарт следует применять совместно с ИСО 21569, ИСО 21570 в части аналитических методов на основе нуклеиновых кислот, в частности качественных аналитических методов, установленных в ИСО 21569, и количественных аналитических методов, установленных в ИСО 21570
