The collection is an integral part of the norms and standards in the design and construction complex of Moscow and is designed to determine the cost of work on the inspection of building structures and engineering equipment of existing buildings and structures (including metro facilities located in the zone of influence of construction of urban facilities), conducted to determine their technical condition, conditions of major overhaul or reconstruction, conditions of junction of the designed extensions and the possibility of superstructure of buildings, as well as for determining the cost of monitoring the technical condition of buildings and structures (including metro facilities) subject to funding from the budget of the city of Moscow. The collection does not apply to work on the inspection of hydraulic structures, bridges, tunnels (except for metro tunnels), pipes, roads, airfield pavements and other special structures.
Сборник является составной частью норм и нормативов в проектно-строительном комплексе Москвы и предназначен для определения стоимости работ по обследованию строительных конструкций и инженерного оборудования существующих зданий и сооружений (в том числе сооружений метрополитена, находящихся в зоне влияния строительства городских объектов), проводимому для определения их технического состояния, условий капитального ремонта или реконструкции, условий примыкания проектируемых пристроек и возможности надстройки зданий, а также для определения стоимости мониторинга технического состояния зданий и сооружений (в том числе сооружений метрополитена) при условии финансирования из бюджета города Москвы. Сборник не распространяется на работы по обследованию гидротехнических сооружений, мостов, тоннелей (кроме тоннелей метрополитена), труб, дорог, аэродромных покрытий и других специальных сооружений.
