Guidelines establish the requirements for the organization, scope and Order (Program, Plan, Regulations) of monitoring the radiation situation at radiation facilities, including the purpose, objectives and control tasks, requirements for instrumentation, methodological and metrological support of control, as well as presentation, logging and storage control results. Guidelines are intended for use in the organization and conduct of radiation monitoring, in the development of methods, technical means and radiation monitoring procedures

Методические указания устанавливают требования к организации, объему и Порядку (Программе, Плану, Регламенту) контроля радиационной обстановки на радиационных объектах, включая назначение, цели и задачи контроля, требования к приборному, методическому и метрологическому обеспечению контроля, а также к представлению, протоколированию и хранению результатов контроля. Методические указания предназначены для использования при организации и проведении контроля радиационной обстановки, при разработке методов, технических средств и Порядков радиационного контроля
