The branch road methodical document is a document of a recommendatory nature. The methodological document was prepared in order to ensure the regulatory framework for geotechnical monitoring on public roads of federal, regional, local, and private importance, as well as road structures on them, in particular, engineering protection structures. The methodical document is recommended to be applied at construction, reconstruction, major repairs and operation of highways and road constructions on them, in particular constructions of engineering protection. Methodical document recommended for use by survey, design, construction and operating organizations, as well as state executive bodies for road management
Отраслевой дорожный методический документ является документом рекомендательного характера. Методический документ подготовлен в целях обеспечения нормативной базы для проведения геотехнического мониторинга на автомобильных дорогах общего пользования федерального, регионального, местного, и частного значения, а также дорожных сооружений на них, в частности сооружений инженерной защиты. Методический документ рекомендуется применять при строительстве, реконструкции, капитальном ремонте и эксплуатации автомобильных дорог и дорожных сооружений на них, в частности сооружений инженерной защиты. Методический документ рекомендован к применению изыскательскими, проектными, строительными и эксплуатирующими организациями, а также государственными исполнительными органами управления дорожным хозяйством
