Industry road guidance document is designed to assess the economic efficiency, technology and quality of work (services) for the maintenance of public roads with asphalt concrete pavement, operated under compacted snow cover, and can be used for the maintenance of roads with cement concrete and other types of coatings. The industry road guidance document is intended for use by road authorities and contracting organizations engaged in winter maintenance of public roads with asphalt concrete pavement under compacted snow cover, excluding: highways of industrial, construction, forestry and other industrial enterprises, roads intended for temporary use, roads located in special exclusion zones and constructed for defense needs or solely for sporting purposes; streets of settlements
Отраслевой дорожный методический документ предназначен для оценки экономической эффективности, технологии и качества работ (услуг) при содержании автомобильных дорог общего пользования с асфальтобетонным покрытием, эксплуатируемых под уплотненным снежным покровом, и может быть использован при содержании автомобильных дорог с цементобетонным и иными типами покрытий. Отраслевой дорожный методический документ предназначен для использования органами управления дорожным хозяйством и подрядными организациями, осуществляющими мероприятия по зимнему содержанию автомобильных дорог общего пользования с асфальтобетонным покрытием под уплотненным снежным покровом, исключая: автомобильные дороги промышленных, строительных, лесных и иных производственных предприятий, дороги, предназначенные для временного использования, дороги, расположенные в специальных зонах отчуждения и сооружаемые для нужд обороны или исключительно в спортивных целях; улицы населенных пунктов
