The document is an act of recommendation in the road sector, containing a methodology for determining the carrying capacity of bridge structures, taking into account the technical condition of the elements of their structures. Methodical document is recommended for use in calculating the carrying capacity of bridges that are operated on the federal highways of the Russian Federation. In other cases, the methodological document can be used by decision of the authorities of the highways of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The provisions of this methodological document are intended for use by design and specialized organizations that perform diagnostics, inspection, testing and evaluation of the technical condition of bridges, as well as bridge units of road authorities in organizing and accepting survey works in road sector.
Документ является актом рекомендательного характера в дорожном хозяйстве, содержащим методику определения грузоподъемности мостовых сооружений с учетом технического состояния элементов их конструкций. Методический документ рекомендуется для применения при расчетах грузоподъемности мостовых сооружений, эксплуатируемых на федеральных автомобильных дорогах Российской Федерации. В остальных случаях методический документ может использоваться по решению органов управления автомобильных дорог субъектов РФ. Положения настоящего методического документа предназначены для использования проектными и специализированными организациями, выполняющими работы по диагностике, обследованию, испытаниям и оценке технического состояния мостовых сооружений, а также мостовыми подразделениями органов управления автомобильными дорогами при организации и приемке обследовательских работ в соответствии с правилами применения документов технического регулирования в сфере дорожного хозяйства.
