The recommendations establish the method of biotesting using chlorophyll a and the requirements for the procedure and assessment of surface water surface toxicity as part of the surface water monitoring system. The technique is intended for laboratories that monitor the ecological and toxicological state of surface waters in the framework of the state service for monitoring the state of the environment. The recommendations are intended for use by departments of ministries engaged in environmental activities, as well as for research ecotoxicological and environmental work
Рекомендации устанавливают методику биотестирования с использованием хлорофилла а и требования к порядку проведения и оценке токсичности поверхностных вод суши в составе системы мониторинга поверхностных вод суши. Методика предназначена для лабораторий, осуществляющих наблюдения за эколого-токсикологическим состоянием поверхностных вод суши в рамках государственной службы наблюдений за состоянием окружающей природной среды. Рекомендации предназначены для использования подразделениями министерств, осуществляющих природоохранную деятельность, а также для проведения научно-исследовательских экотоксикологических и экологических работ
