The document developed criteria for categorizing apartments and MHIG, taken under centralized protection by units of private police, gave recommendations on their engineering and technical strengthening, equipping them with technical means of protection and choosing the medium for transmitting information on the PCO. Guidelines are designed to assist engineering and technical workers of private police to deal with issues of engineering and technical strength and equipment of technical means of protecting apartments and MHIG.
В документе разработаны критерии категорирования квартир и МХИГ, принимаемых под централизованную охрану подразделениями вневедомственной охраны полиции, приведены рекомендации по их инженерно-технической укрепленности, оборудованию техническими средствами охраны и выбору среды передачи информации на ПЦО. Методические рекомендации предназначены для оказания помощи инженерно-техническим работникам вневедомственной охраны полиции, занимающимся вопросами инженерно-технической укрепленности и оборудованием техническими средствами охраны квартир и МХИГ.
