Methodical recommendations are developed on the basis of a comparative analysis of monitoring and testing of door blocks presented on the Russian market. The guidelines are intended for officers of private police guards who take measures to check the level of engineering and technical strength, anti-terrorism and anti-crime protection of objects subject to mandatory police protection, objects guarded by private police departments, objects of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, as well as employees of rear departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Russia and professionals involved in design activities, construction y, overhaul and acceptance into service objects.
Методические рекомендации разработаны на основе проведения сравнительного анализа мониторинга и испытаний дверных блоков, представленных на российском рынке. Методические рекомендации предназначены для сотрудников вневедомственной охраны полиции, осуществляющих мероприятия по проверке уровня инженерно- технической укрепленности, антитеррористической и противокриминальной защищенности объектов, подлежащих обязательной охране полицией, объектов охраняемых подразделениями вневедомственной охраны полиции, объектов органов внутренних дел Российской Федерации, а также сотрудников тыловых подразделений МВД России и специалистов, осуществляющих мероприятия по проектированию, строительству, капитальному ремонту и приему в эксплуатацию объектов.
