Procedural guidelines for producing and processing observational data on atmospheric precipitation at automatic weather stations

The guidance document establishes a methodology for the production of observations of atmospheric precipitation at automatic meteorological stations, including requirements for the measurement method, the program and the timing of the production of observations, the processing and monitoring of observational data, and the use of technical means. The guidance document is obligatory for the specialists of the departments of hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring (UGMS) and their branches-centers for hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring (CGMS), which ensure the functioning of the state meteorological observation network. The guidance document is to be applied by organizations operating in the field of hydrometeorology and related areas under a license from Roshydromet and observing precipitation at automatic meteorological stations.
Руководящий документ устанавливает методику производства наблюдений за атмосферными осадками на автоматических метеорологических постах, включающую требования к методу измерения, программе и срокам производства наблюдений, обработке и контролю данных наблюдений, а также к применению технических средств. Руководящий документ является обязательным для специалистов управлений по гидрометеорологии и мониторингу окружающей среды (УГМС) и их филиалов-центров по гидрометеорологии и мониторингу окружающей среды (ЦГМС), обеспечивающих функционирование государственной наблюдательной метеорологической сети. Руководящий документ подлежит применению организациями, осуществляющими деятельность в области гидрометеорологии и в смежных с ней областях по лицензии Росгидромета и выполняющими наблюдения за атмосферными осадками на автоматических метеорологических постах
