Organization and order of conducting the monitoring

The guidance document establishes the organization, procedure, content of the regulatory control and applies to the original, design, technological, software, scientific and technical documentation; national standards of the Russian Federation, interstate standards, changes and amendments thereto; Roshydromet's regulatory documents, changes and amendments to them; typical regulatory documents and changes to them; standards of organizations and changes to them; regime reference documents. The guidance document is subject to application by Roshydromet institutions. On the basis of this guidance document, standards of organizations can be developed that establish the organization and procedure for conducting regulatory control over specific types of documents developed in institutions.
Руководящий документ устанавливает организацию, порядок проведения, содержание нормоконтроля и распространяется на исходную, конструкторскую, технологическую, программную, научно-техническую документацию; национальные стандарты Российской Федерации, межгосударственные стандарты, изменения и поправки к ним; нормативные документы Росгидромета, изменения и поправки к ним; типовые нормативные документы и изменения к ним; стандарты организаций и изменения к ним; режимно-справочные документы. Руководящий документ подлежит применению учреждениями Росгидромета. На основе настоящего руководящего документа могут быть разработаны стандарты организаций, устанавливающие организацию и порядок проведения нормоконтроля конкретных видов документов, разрабатываемых в учреждениях.
