The guidance document establishes the rules for the organization and execution of safety and fire safety at airborne rocket sounding stations (SRZA), conducting launches of meteorological rockets Mera and meteorological (geophysical) MN-300 rockets. The guidance document applies to all types of work related to the transportation, storage, preparation and launch of missiles at SRZA, with the provision of safety engineering and fire safety in industrial premises, on missile complexes and on the territory of SRZA. The guidance document is intended for the SRZA operational personnel and the expedition personnel assigned to the SRZA for the preparation and conduct of rocket research.
Руководящий документ устанавливает правила организации и выполнения работ по технике безопасности и пожарной безопасности на станциях ракетного зондирования атмосферы (СРЗА), проводящих пуски метеорологических ракет "Мера" и метеорологических (геофизических) ракет МН-300. Руководящий документ распространяется на все виды работ, связанные с транспортированием, хранением, подготовкой и пуском ракет на СРЗА, с обеспечением техники безопасности и пожарной безопасности в производственных помещениях, на ракетных комплексах и на территории СРЗА. Руководящий документ предназначен для эксплуатационного персонала СРЗА и прикомандированного на СРЗА экспедиционного персонала для подготовки и проведения ракетных исследований
