The guidance document establishes requirements for the organization and conduct of monitoring observations on the state and contamination of surface waters of land and sediments and the presentation of information about them. The guidance document is intended for organizations of the state observational network that prepare and conduct routine monitoring of the state and pollution of surface water and sediment.
