The document contains guidelines for technical customers, design and construction organizations for constructing and reconstructing the existing water supply and wastewater networks in St. Petersburg from the outlet stop valves of the city’s waterworks to water metering stations, buildings and structures, as well as from control wells to reception chambers of sewage treatment plants of the city, with the exception of the objects specified in Article 48.1 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation.
