Sanitary-epidemiological requirements for the arrangement, planning and maintenance of sport facilities

Sanitary and epidemiological rules establish sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the placement, arrangement and maintenance of sports facilities. Sanitary rules are aimed at protecting the health of citizens engaged in physical culture and sports, including children, adolescents and people with disabilities when using their sports facilities. Sanitary rules are obligatory for execution by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who own or own sports facilities, as well as persons engaged in their design, construction and reconstruction. Sanitary regulations do not apply to sports facilities that are in the design, construction or commissioning stage at the time these sanitary regulations come into force.
Санитарно-эпидемиологические правила устанавливают санитарно-эпидемиологические требования к размещению, устройству и содержанию объектов спорта. Санитарные правила направлены на охрану здоровья граждан, занимающихся физкультурой и спортом, в том числе детей, подростков и лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья при использовании ими объектов спорта. Санитарные правила обязательны для исполнения юридическими лицами и индивидуальными предпринимателями, в собственности или во владении которых находятся объекты спорта, а также лицами, осуществляющими их проектирование, строительство и реконструкцию. Санитарные правила не распространяются на объекты спорта, находящиеся в стадии проектирования, строительства или ввода в эксплуатацию на момент вступления в силу настоящих санитарных правил.
