This set of rules applies to the design, operation and repair of multilayer exterior walls with a face layer of brickwork for the climatic conditions of Russia. This set of rules does not apply to the design of buildings and structures subjected to dynamic loads erected in working on areas, permafrost soils and in seismic areas
