This set of rules applies to buildings and structures damaged by a fire, as well as to engineering work on the inspection after the fire of building structures of buildings and structures for various purposes. The set of rules establishes the sequence and composition of engineering work on inspection of building structures and structures after a fire, sets requirements for methods and criteria for assessing the technical condition, performing calibration calculations and selecting methods for strengthening building structures damaged by fire. The rulebook takes into account the specificity of the short-term high-temperature impact of fire on building materials and structures. The rulebook does not apply to technological and operational temperature effects.
Настоящий свод правил распространяется на здания и сооружения, поврежденные пожаром, а также на инженерные работы по обследованию после пожара строительных конструкций зданий и сооружений различного назначения. Свод правил устанавливает последовательность и состав инженерных работ по обследованию после пожара строительных конструкций зданий и сооружений, устанавливает требования к методам и критериям оценки технического состояния, выполнению поверочных расчетов и выбору методов усиления поврежденных пожаром строительных конструкций. В своде правил учитывается специфика кратковременного высокотемпературного воздействия пожара на строительные материалы и конструкции. Свод правил не распространяется на технологические и эксплуатационные температурные воздействия
