This set of rules establishes the rules for the operation of ventilation systems and air conditioning of buildings (structures) of various functional purposes. This set of rules does not apply to the operation of ventilation systems and air conditioning especially dangerous and technically complex objects located on the territory where dangerous technogenic impacts and natural processes and phenomena are possible, including in seismic areas (from 7 to 9 points), cultural objects heritage. This set of rules does not apply to systems: - ventilation and air conditioning of civil defense protective structures; facilities designed to work with radioactive substances, sources of ionizing radiation; underground mining facilities and premises in which explosives are produced, stored or used; - special heating, cooling and dedusting installations and devices for technological and electrical equipment; aspiration, pneumatic conveying and dust and gas removal from process equipment and vacuum cleaners
Настоящий свод правил устанавливает правила эксплуатации систем вентиляции и кондиционирования воздуха зданий (сооружений) различного функционального назначения. Настоящий свод правил не распространяется на эксплуатацию систем вентиляции и кондиционирования воздуха особо опасных и технически сложных объектов, расположенных на территории, где возможны опасные техногенные воздействия и природные процессы и явления, в том числе в сейсмических районах (от 7 до 9 баллов), объектов культурного наследия. Настоящий свод правил не распространяется на системы: - вентиляции и кондиционирования воздуха защитных сооружений гражданской обороны; сооружений, предназначенных для работ с радиоактивными веществами, источниками ионизирующих излучений; объектов подземных горных работ и помещений, в которых производятся, хранятся или применяются взрывчатые вещества; - специальных нагревающих, охлаждающих и обеспыливающих установок и устройств для технологического и электротехнического оборудования; аспирации, пневмотранспорта и пылегазоудаления от технологического оборудования и пылесосных установок
