This standard applies to rye-wheat and wheat-rye wallpaper baking flour obtained by grinding a mixture of grains in the following ratios: rye 60 percent, wheat 40 percent for rye-wheat grinding; wheat 70 percent, rye 30 percent for wheat and rye grinding (tolerance for all types of flour plus minus 5 percent)
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на ржано-пшеничную и пшенично-ржаную обойную хлебопекарную муку, получаемую в результате размола смеси зерна в следующих соотношениях: ржи 60 процентов, пшеницы 40 процентов-для ржано-пшеничного помола; пшеницы 70 процентов, ржи 30 процентов-для пшенично-ржаного помола (допускаемое отклонение для всех видов муки плюс минус 5 процентов)
