This standard establishes norms and methods for calculating the strength and tightness of flanged joints of vessels and apparatus made of carbon and alloy steels, non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, titanium and their alloys) used in the chemical, petrochemical, oil refining and other industries operating under domestic excessive pressure or vacuum, under the action of axial forces and bending moments under conditions of single and multiple loads. The use of this standard is also permitted for the calculation of flanged connections of pipelines. Norms and methods for calculating the strength and tightness of flange connections are applicable, provided that the technical requirements for the design, manufacture and control meet the requirements of regulatory documents. If the properties of materials, deviations from the geometric form, inaccuracies or quality of manufacture differ from the requirements of regulatory documents, then when calculating for strength, these deviations should be taken into account by appropriate adjustment of the calculation formulas
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает нормы и методы расчета на прочность и герметичность фланцевых соединений сосудов и аппаратов из углеродистых и легированных сталей, цветных металлов (алюминия, меди, титана и их сплавов), применяемых в химической, нефтехимической, нефтеперерабатывающей и других отраслях промышленности, работающих под внутренним избыточным давлением или вакуумом, под действием осевых сил и изгибающих моментов в условиях однократных и многократных нагружений. Использование настоящего стандарта также допускается для расчета фланцевых соединений трубопроводов. Нормы и методы расчета на прочность и герметичность фланцевых соединений применимы при условии, что технические требования к конструированию, изготовлению и контролю удовлетворяют требованиям нормативных документов. Если свойства материалов, отклонения от геометрической формы, неточности или качество изготовления отличаются от требований нормативных документов, то при расчете на прочность эти отступления должны быть учтены соответствующей корректировкой расчетных формул
