This standard establishes the rules for conducting work on the inspection of translucent walling structures of buildings and structures, regulates the requirements for work and their composition. This standard applies to work on the inspection of the technical state of the SEC of buildings and structures, monitoring the state of safety of the SEC in situ to obtain information on assessing the possibility of their restoration during repair or the need to replace them. The requirements of this standard do not apply to the inspection of the technical status of a special purpose SEC: fireproof, protective, bulletproof, explosion-proof, as well as dormer windows, translucent coatings and rooflights, FCC with filling of translucent plastics, with translucent fillings with electrical components. This standard is intended for use in natural conditions to assess the state of the SEC after construction (including after major repairs, reconstruction) of buildings and structures, as well as during the entire period of operation of facilities
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает правила проведения работ по обследованию светопрозрачных ограждающих конструкций зданий и сооружений, регламентирует требования к работам и их составу. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на проведение работ по обследованию технического состояния СПК зданий и сооружений, контроля состояния безопасности СПК в натурных условиях для получения информации по оценке возможности их восстановления при ремонте или необходимости их замены. Требования настоящего стандарта не распространяются на обследование технического состояния СПК специального назначения: противопожарные, защитные, пулестойкие, взрывобезопасные, а также на мансардные окна, светопрозрачные покрытия и зенитные фонари, СПК с заполнением из светопропускающих пластмасс, с светопрозрачными заполнениями с электротехническими элементами. Настоящий стандарт предназначен для применения в натурных условиях для оценки состояния СПК по окончании строительства (в том числе после капитального ремонта, реконструкции) зданий и сооружений, а также в течение всего периода эксплуатации объектов
