This standard establishes general principles and procedures for identifying hazards, planning and performing risk assessment and treatment in the design (including surveys), construction, reconstruction, repairs and maintenance of public roads. The standard is allowed to apply: - as a methodological basis for making decisions on the establishment of acceptable risk or the minimum necessary safety requirements; - during public technology and price audit of projects; - when analyzing the risk of failure to achieve the goals of draft documents on standardization; - as part of the quality management system according to GOST R ISO 9001; - in order to insure risk
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общие принципы и процедуры идентификации опасностей, планирования и выполнения оценки и обработки риска при проектировании (включая изыскания), строительстве, реконструкции, ремонтах и содержании автомобильных дорог общего пользования. Стандарт допускается применять: - в качестве методической основы принятия решений по установлению допустимого риска или минимально необходимых требований по безопасности; - при проведении публичного технологического и ценового аудита проектов; - при анализе риска недостижения целей проектов документов по стандартизации; - в рамках системы менеджмента качества по ГОСТ Р ИСО 9001; - в целях страхования риска
