Opencast diamond development in cryolithozone. Design requirements
Разработка алмазорудных месторождений открытым способом в криолитозоне. Требования к проектированию
Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time. IUS 8-2018
This standard applies to primary diamond deposits and spatially associated placers located in the cryolithozone to be developed by the open method, as well as to individual development sites within one deposit, and establishes requirements for design documentation and technical projects for construction, reconstruction, expansion technical re-equipment of diamond-mining enterprises with an open method of development, as well as pre-design materials. This standard is applied by the state bodies that carry out: - management of the state fund of mineral resources of the Russian Federation; - state expertise and accounting of mineral reserves; - State geological control and supervision of the geological study, use and protection of the subsoil; - state expertise of project documentation of capital construction objects; - State supervision of the safe conduct of work related to the use of subsoil; - coordination of technical projects for the development of mineral deposits and other project documentation for the performance of work related to the use of subsoil plots by types of minerals and types of subsoil use. This standard is governed by: - Subsoil users; - enterprises conducting geological research, exploration and mining of diamond ore; - innovative organizations and enterprises creating new methods, techniques and technologies for the development of solid mineral deposits by the open method; - design organizations developing design and technological documentation for geological exploration and development of diamond ore deposits
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на коренные месторождения алмазов и пространственно связанные с ними россыпи, залегающие в криолитозоне и подлежащие разработке открытым способом, а также на отдельные объекты разработки в пределах одного месторождения, и устанавливает требования к проектной документации и техническим проектам на строительство, реконструкцию, расширение или техническое перевооружение алмазодобывающих предприятий с открытым способом разработки, а также предпроектным материалам. Настоящий стандарт применяется государственными органами, осуществляющими: - управление государственным фондом недр Российской Федерации; - государственную экспертизу и учет запасов полезных ископаемых; - государственный геологический контроль и надзор за геологическим изучением, использованием и охраной недр; - государственную экспертизу проектной документации объектов капитального строительства; - государственный надзор за безопасным ведением работ, связанных с пользованием недрами; - согласование технических проектов разработки месторождений полезных ископаемых и иной проектной документации на выполнение работ, связанных с пользованием участками недр, по видам полезных ископаемых и видам пользования недрами. Настоящим стандартом руководствуются: - пользователи недр; - предприятия, ведущие геологическое изучение, разведку и добычу алмазорудного сырья; - инновационные организации и предприятия, создающие новые методы, технику и технологии разработки месторождений твердых полезных ископаемых открытым способом; - проектные организации, разрабатывающие проектно-технологическую документацию для геологического изучения и разработки алмазорудных месторождений
