This standard applies to bakery products for baby food from wheat baking flour, from a mixture of rye flour bakery peeled and wheat baking flour (hereinafter - bakery products for baby food) packed in consumer packaging and intended for direct consumption in food for preschool children (from 3 up to 6 years) and school (from 6 to 14 years) age. The standard does not apply to baked goods of low humidity, bakery products of long-term storage, bakery products prepared by the method of frying, specialized products of dietary therapeutic nutrition, dietary preventive nutrition and for nutrition of athletes
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на хлебобулочные изделия для детского питания из пшеничной хлебопекарной муки, из смеси муки ржаной хлебопекарной обдирной и пшеничной хлебопекарной муки (далее - хлебобулочные изделия для детского питания) упакованные в потребительскую упаковку и предназначенные для непосредственного употребления в пищу для детей дошкольного (от 3 до 6 лет) и школьного (от 6 до 14 лет) возраста. Стандарт не распространяется на хлебобулочные изделия пониженной влажности, хлебобулочные изделия длительного хранения, хлебобулочные изделия, приготовленные способом жарки, специализированные изделия диетического лечебного питания, диетического профилактического питания и для питания спортсменов
