The standard applies to the main and auxiliary thermal equipment of thermal power plants, operating under excess pressure of more than 0.07 MPa or at temperatures above 115 degrees C. The standard establishes requirements aimed at ensuring safety and reliability in the operation of the following thermal mechanical equipment: with a nominal pressure of superheated steam above 4.0 MPa (screen heating surfaces and economizers, steam superheaters, manifolds, optional heat pipes, drums); - steam and hot water pipelines; - steam turbines; - gas turbines; - vessels operating under pressure; - steam boilers (energy and peak) and water boilers with pressure up to 4.0 MPa inclusive; - waste heat boilers, including as part of a CCGT.

Стандарт распространяется на основное и вспомогательное тепломеханическое оборудование тепловых электростанций, работающее под избыточным давлением свыше 0,07 МПа или при температуре свыше 115 градусов С. Стандарт устанавливает требования, направленные на обеспечение безопасности и надежности при эксплуатации следующего тепломеханического оборудования: - энергетических котлов барабанных и прямоточных с номинальным давлением перегретого пара выше 4,0 МПа (экранные поверхности нагрева и экономайзеры, пароперегреватели, коллекторы, необогреваемые трубы, барабаны); - трубопроводов пара и горячей воды; - паровых турбин; - газовых турбин; - сосудов, работающих под избыточным давлением; - котлов паровых (энергетических и пиковых) и водогрейных с давлением до 4,0 МПа включительно; - котлов-утилизаторов, в том числе в составе ПГУ.
