The standard establishes requirements, guidelines and recommendations for designing a transport and logistics system for providing offshore fields and carrying out onshore logistic operations in terms of delivering people and various types of cargo from public infrastructure facilities to offshore infrastructure facilities of the offshore field and back to ensure the smooth operation of offshore oil and gas structures in the Arctic and other seas washing the territory of the Russian Federation ary natural conditions. The standard applies to the design of the transport and logistics system to ensure offshore fields and the implementation of onshore logistics operations, including the formation of cargo traffic, storage and transportation conditions, loading and unloading onshore, intermediate storage of goods to be transported by sea, and related information. Also, this standard applies to facilities and facilities of the coastal infrastructure, ensuring the implementation of these operations.
Стандарт устанавливает требования, указания и рекомендации по проектированию транспортно-логистической системы обеспечения морских месторождений и осуществлению береговых логистических операций в части доставки людей и различных видов грузов от объектов инфраструктуры общего пользования до объектов береговой инфраструктуры морского месторождения и обратно, с целью обеспечения бесперебойного функционирования морских нефтегазопромысловых сооружений в арктических и других морях, омывающих территорию Российской Федерации с аналогичными природными условиями. Стандарт распространяется на процессы проектирования транспортно-логистической системы обеспечения морских месторождений и осуществления береговых логистических операций, включая процессы формирования грузопотоков, обеспечения условий хранения и транспортировки, погрузочно-разгрузочных работ на берегу, промежуточного складирования грузов, подлежащих транспортировке морем, сопутствующего информационного обеспечения. Также настоящий стандарт распространяется на объекты и средства береговой инфраструктуры, обеспечивающие осуществление этих операций.
