The standard establishes requirements, guidelines and recommendations for the organization and maintenance of offshore oil and gas facilities operated in the waters of the Arctic seas and other seas of Russia with a cold climate, where hydrometeorological conditions are similar to those in the Arctic. The standard applies to the following structures used in the oil and gas industry: - fixed offshore structures, including supporting parts, topsides and technological equipment; - floating offshore facilities for the extraction, storage and shipment of hydrocarbons in relation to structures, devices and equipment for the extraction, preparation and processing of hydrocarbons; - subsea production systems. The standard does not apply to offshore mobile units that fall under the jurisdiction of the International Maritime Organization, and to underwater pipelines that are serviced in accordance with GOST R 54382. The standard does not apply to the maintenance of well equipment and well repair.
Стандарт устанавливает требования, указания и рекомендации по организации и проведению обслуживания морских нефтегазопромысловых сооружений, эксплуатируемых на акваториях арктических морей, других морей России с холодным климатом, где гидрометеорологические условия аналогичны арктическим. Стандарт распространяется на следующие сооружения, используемые в нефтяной и газовой промышленности: - стационарные морские сооружения, включая опорные части, верхние строения и технологическое оборудование; - плавучие морские сооружения для добычи, хранения и отгрузки углеводородов применительно к конструкциям, устройствам и оборудованию для добычи, подготовки и переработки углеводородов; - подводные системы добычи. Стандарт не распространяется на морские передвижные установки, попадающие под юрисдикцию Международной морской организации, и на подводные трубопроводы, обслуживание которых осуществляется в соответствии с ГОСТ Р 54382. Стандарт не распространяется на техническое обслуживание глубинного скважинного оборудования и ремонт скважин.
