Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общие технические требования и критерии разработки в отношении оборудования, предназначенного для посадки (высадки) лиц с ограниченными способностями к передвижению на/с борт(а) гражданского воздушного судна, выполняющего коммерческие перевозки. Настоящий стандарт определяет в том числе требования к конструкции оборудования, но не устанавливает функциональные требования и требования к безопасности, а также не определяет критерии, являющиеся существенными для эффективной и безопасной эксплуатации оборудования на гражданском воздушном судне в условиях как региональных, так и международных аэропортов. Настоящий стандарт содержит требования, которые должны выполняться предприятиями авиационной промышленности, предприятиями-производителями оборудования, а также авиакомпаниями и администрациями аэропортов. Данные требования следует выполнять с учетом положений действующего законодательства и нормативных правовых актов федеральных органов исполнительной власти, содержащих, в том числе: - основные требования, предъявляемые к транспортным средствам, либо аналогичные нормы аэропортов местных воздушных линий; - санитарно-гигиенические требования в отношении конструкции, очистки, дезинфекции и технического оснащения оборудования, которые могут использоваться для перевозки больных граждан с или без медицинского сопровождения; - требования к безопасности, применяемые к подъемно-транспортному оборудованию, с помощью которого осуществляется транспортировка пассажиров
