The standard applies to offshore platforms designed for operation on offshore oil and gas fields in ice conditions, in terms of accounting for ice loads during their design, and does not apply to mobile drilling rigs.
Стандарт распространяется на морские платформы, предназначенные для эксплуатации на морских нефтегазопромыслах в ледовых условиях, в части учета ледовых нагрузок при их проектировании, и не распространяется на мобильные буровые установки.
