The standard establishes the norms of accuracy (accuracy) in determining the chemical composition of mineral raw materials (rocks, minerals, solid non-combustible minerals and their products), as well as the classification of laboratory analysis methods according to the accuracy of the results. The standard should be applied when monitoring the results of analyzes, when certifying quantitative analysis methods, when certifying standard samples of elemental composition, when choosing an analysis method appropriate to solving the set task, to assess the quality of laboratories, as well as for other purposes. The standard is obligatory for use in analytical laboratories of production organizations and research institutes of the system of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, as well as organizations of other departmental subordination and form of ownership, conducting research on mineral raw materials on the tasks of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia or for their own needs.
Стандарт устанавливает нормы погрешности (точности) при определении химического состава минерального сырья (горных пород, минералов, твердых негорючих полезных ископаемых и продуктов их переработки), а также классификацию методик лабораторного анализа по точности результатов. Стандарт следует применять при контроле результатов анализов, при аттестации методик количественного анализа, при аттестации стандартных образцов элементного состава, при выборе методики анализа, соответствующей решению поставленной задачи, для оценки качества работы лабораторий, а также в иных целях. Стандарт обязателен к применению в аналитических лабораториях производственных организаций и научно-исследовательских институтов системы МПР России, а также организаций другой ведомственной подчиненности и формы собственности, выполняющих исследования минерального сырья по заданиям МПР России или для собственных нужд.
