This standard establishes the characteristics and rules for sampling the object of comparative tests - wheat flour of the highest grade in order to provide information to consumers, which will help them make an informed choice appropriate to their needs. This standard was developed in the development of GOST R 54941

Настоящий стандарт устанавливает характеристики и правила отбора проб объекта сравнительных испытаний - пшеничной хлебопекарной муки высшего сорта с целью предоставления информации потребителям, которая поможет им сделать обоснованный выбор, соответствующий их потребностям.
