This standard establishes the characteristics and rules for sampling a comparative test object - structured minced fish products - crab sticks in order to provide information to consumers that will help them make an informed choice appropriate to their needs. This standard was developed in the development of GOST R 54941. This standard is not applicable for mandatory conformity assessment.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает характеристики и правила отбора проб объекта сравнительных испытаний - структурированных изделий из рыбного фарша - крабовых палочек с целью предоставления информации потребителям, которая поможет им сделать обоснованный выбор, соответствующий их потребностям. Настоящий стандарт разработан в развитие ГОСТ Р 54941. Настоящий стандарт не применим для обязательного подтверждения соответствия
