The set of rules applies to the design of fixed offshore platforms (including ice-resistant), installed on the continental shelf, in the territorial sea and inland waters of the Russian Federation for new construction. The set of rules is intended for the development of projects for the reconstruction, overhaul and technical re-equipment of the platforms in operation.
Свод правил распространяется на проектирование морских стационарных платформ (в том числе ледостойких), устанавливаемых на континентальном шельфе, в территориальном море и внутренних морских водах Российской Федерации для нового строительства. Свод правил предназначен для разработки проектов реконструкции, капитального ремонта и технического перевооружения эксплуатируемых платформ.
