The set of rules establishes general requirements and rules for the operation of infrastructure facilities of the seaport. The code of rules applies to port facilities, covered warehouses, open cargo warehouses and roads, rail crane tracks, other industrial buildings and facilities, water areas and navigable canals of seaports and ship repair plants.
Свод правил устанавливает общие требования и правила эксплуатации объектов инфраструктуры морского порта. Свод правил распространяется на портовые сооружения, крытые склады, открытые грузовые склады и дороги, рельсовые крановые пути, прочие производственные здания и сооружения, акватории и судоходные каналы морских портов и судоремонтных заводов.
