The set of rules establishes the rules for the design and construction of offshore steel pipelines for the transportation of hydrocarbons in the internal and territorial seas, as well as on the continental shelf. The code of rules applies to underwater sections of offshore gas and oil pipelines with a nominal diameter of up to 1,200 mm inclusive of the internal pressure of the transported product at the onshore section up to 10 MPa inclusive, connecting fixed offshore platforms, storages and shipping terminals with onshore valves.
Свод правил устанавливает правила проектирования и строительства морских стальных трубопроводов для транспортирования углеводородов во внутренних и территориальных морях, а также на континентальном шельфе. Свод правил распространяется на подводные участки морских магистральных газонефтепродуктопроводов условным диаметром до 1200 мм включительно с внутренним давлением транспортируемого продукта при выходе на береговой участок до 10 МПа включительно, связывающие морские стационарные платформы, хранилища и терминалы отгрузки с береговой запорной арматурой.
