Regulations on annual reports on the assessment of the state of safe operation of nuclear power units

The standard establishes a system of quantitative and qualitative indicators of the state of safe operation of nuclear power units, the content, forms and timing of the operational information necessary to assess the safe operation of a power unit; the structure of the annual report on the assessment of the state of safe operation of the power unit; the procedure for submission and approval of annual reports, methods for calculating indicators characterizing the state of safe operation of power units. The standard applies to power units of nuclear power plants of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC with all types of power reactor installations, including power units, shut down for decommissioning.
Стандарт устанавливает систему количественных и качественных показателей состояния безопасной эксплуатации энергоблоков атомных станций, содержание, формы и сроки представления эксплуатационной информации, необходимой для оценки безопасной эксплуатации энергоблока; структуру годового отчета по оценке состояния безопасной эксплуатации энергоблока; порядок представления и утверждения годовых отчетов, методики расчета показателей, характеризующих состояние безопасной эксплуатации энергоблоков. Стандарт распространяется на энергоблоки атомных станций (АС) ОАО "Концерн Росэнергоатом" со всеми типами энергетических реакторных установок, включая энергоблоки, остановленные для вывода из эксплуатации.
