The standard is a normative document establishing general requirements for equipment, instruments, measuring instruments, as well as technical and software-hardware means of monitoring and control systems designed to measure, control and regulate technological processes caused by the specifics of their operation as part of control systems of nuclear power plants with VVER type reactors. The standard is intended for use by the operating organization Concern Rosenergoatom JSC, as well as by research and development, design and engineering organizations, manufacturers of equipment, instruments and automation equipment for the NPP. The standard applies to newly developed or upgraded equipment, instruments and automation equipment that are included in the control systems of the AU.
Стандарт является нормативным документом, устанавливающим общие требования к аппаратуре, приборам, средствам измерений, а также техническим и программно-техническим средствам систем контроля и управления, предназначенным для измерения, контроля и регулирования технологических процессов, обусловленных спецификой их эксплуатации в составе управляющих систем атомных станций с реакторами типа ВВЭР. Стандарт предназначен для использования эксплуатирующей организацией АО "Концерн Росэнергоатом", а также научно-исследовательскими, проектно-конструкторскими организациями, изготовителями аппаратуры, приборов и средств автоматизации для АС. Стандарт распространяется на вновь разрабатываемую или модернизируемую аппаратуру, приборы и средства автоматизации, которые входят в управляющие системы АС.
